Our rates are very low
because we are the owner of the apartments. There aren't any added
agency prices!
The rates of the apartments include all extra taxes (light, gas, wather...)
and they depend to the season of the stay. There're three tipe of
season: high, low and special

High : 20 February - 31 July; 1 September - 2 November. |

Low : 7 January - 19 February; 1-12/21-31 August; 3 November - 22 Dicember. |

Specials : 1 January - 6 January; 23 Dicember - 31 Dicember ; week of Easter; |
