1.CHECK the AVAILABILITY with the request informtion form.
Once you checked the availability, FILL IN and SEND the form , with the following information:
arrival and departure date
number of nights
number of people
your e-mail addres

2.Send the reservation form, within 2/12 hours you will receive an e-mail or a confirming fax, from the facility where you sent the reservation request.

3. Cancellation
Please follow the instructions in the confirmation email in case you need to cancel your stay. If you cancel untill 20 days before your check-in it will be free of charge. If you cancel later than 20 days before check-in day the host might charge you a fee which is the deposit
