This website has been created in order to promote online reservations for holiday houses. We offer to guests exellent services expecialy in quality/price. We are the owner of the two apartmens so there aren't mediations costs

We uses high ethical standards and respects your privacy. We will not give your personal information to third parties under any circumstances. Please have a look at our privacy policy for further information.

3. How to reserve: Credit card guarantee or Bank transfer
We require credit card details in order to guarantee your reservation. Your credit card information will be used only to confirm the reservation. Your creditcart won't be charged we use it only as guarantee. The total price will be payd at check-in. You can also reserv the apartment with a bank transfer. We'll send you the dates by e-mail

4. Free of charge
Our service is free of charge. Unlike many other parties, we will not add any additional fees, like a reservation fee, to the apartment rate.

5. Cancellation
Please follow the instructions in the confirmation email in case you need to cancel your stay. If you cancel untill 20 days before your check-in it will be free of charge. If you cancel later than 20 days before check-in day the host might charge you a fee which is the deposit
